Easy Returns
CarPart4U.com proudly introduces our easy return policy. We understand that customers today are demanding a lot more than just a high quality product. Therefore, we back our products with the very best customer service in order to satisfy our customers' unique needs. At CarPart4U.com, we offer effortless and trustworthy return and exchange process.

Our Return Policy:

CarPart4U.com highly values customers’ needs. So most of the products available at CarPart4U.com are returnable. Here is our return policy:

Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
All returned products will carry a 15% re-stocking fee (see remarks below)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns need to come with a valid RMA form (see return section below)
Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.

Remarks: If the return of an item was caused by an error on our side, we will not apply any restocking fee and shipping fee.

When contacting us, please be sure to provide us with your Order ID, First and Last name, and the SKU number.
 

For exchanges:

We offer a flexible exchange process. There are two ways you can go about exchanging a product:
 
Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you like to exchange. In your request, please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new order. Depending on product value, you will be either receive a refund or being charged for the difference.
 
Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.

For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Accidents happen. So if your products arrived defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the product. We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Products must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier
