Answer: Carpart4u is specialized at automotive lighting and performance parts, by stocking a lot of products, we are able to offer a lower price than other reseller and to ship the item promptly. And our staff, who are truly car lovers, are able to offer experienced advice for your specific needs are the right price.

2.    I’ve just sent payment, when will I receive my product?

Answer: Usually, we are able to process and ship you order same day, if order is placed by 12.p.m. P.S.T. Even though we offer free shipping, but it doesn’t mean our shipping should take a long time. We are once a customer and we know it never hurt to receive your item a day earlier, so we try our very best to process your order quickly. Every item is shipped from our California warehouse. You can expect to have your item as soon as 2 business days if you are located in California, or generally within 5-6 business days in lower 48 States, when you order from us.

3.    Which shipping courier will ship my order?

Answer: We ship with FedEx and USPS depends on the size and weight of the item.
